Palumbo Associates is a true full service exhibit firm specializing in the design and construction of custom and modular exhibits for trade shows, corporate showrooms and permanent installations. For 35 years we have held to our core values of quality, craftsmanship and customer care while committing ourselves to just one goal — helping our clients succeed.

Track Record

35 years of successful business is a bit of an anomaly in the exhibit industry. Growing a staff of dedicated, hard working craftsman, in some cases as long as long as 30 years, is very rare. Maintaining and nurturing some client relationships for 25 plus years, is almost unheard of. Through conservative decisions and constant envolution we have managed to do all of those things, which means we’ll be here in another 35 years.

Design & Planning

Our talented in-house design team works closely with our clients to develop displays, corporate environments and special events that are not only innovative and unique to that company, but also highly effective in customer return as well.

Construction

We pride ourselves on combining superior craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail in order to provide our customers with a product that is second to none. This is something that can only be done with a true in-house fabrication department.

Graphics & Printing

Our graphic designers and production personnel can handle all aspects of design and production. Work directly with our designers as they transform the smallest of ideas into larger than life, engaging graphics printed right here on our state-of-the-art equipment.

Supervision of Installation

We work very closely with a large network of installation and dismantle companies through-out the country to provide a smooth event from setup right down until the last crate is packed up and loaded on the truck.

Coordination of Show Services

Our dedicated show service coordinators organize and simplify and all of your show needs including; freight, installation and dismantle, audio visual, electrical, and other logistics. By removing these tradeshow frustrations we streamline your entire tradeshow experience.

Storage & Transporation

We conveniently inventory and catalog your exhibit structure and other material in our secure, temperature controlled, on-site, warehouse. When its time to ship, we ensure your materials are properly handled throughout our select network of carriers.
